ADANİA İNŞAAT
Adania İnşaat started its operations in the sector, a subsidiary of Çukurova Gayrimenkul A.Ş, which was established as a family company in Adana in 1993. To date, it has completed 29 luxury housing projects on self-owned lands in Istanbul, Adana and Mersin. Our company considers it a social responsibility to create quality and peaceful living spaces for its customers, and most importantly, to produce luxury liveable residences that are resistant to the expected earthquake hazard.

Adania Inşaat delivered the Çukurova Adanuspark, Çukurova Tower and Çukurova Balkon projects, where settlement has begun in the center of Kartal, one of the rapidly gaining areas of Istanbul. In addition, it will soon put up for sale two new luxury housing projects in the Bosphorus region, whose lands are also owned by Çukurova Gayrimenkul A.Ş., in Istanbul.
